Logistics Specialist. Responsible for documenting all logistics flows, from outbound, intercompany shipments, goods receipt to replenishment. The Logistics Specialist will create test scripts for days in a live testing for the toll manufacturing project. These documents will be used to validate the system solution for all global supply chain shipments. The Logistics Specialist will also analyze and standardize the shipment documentation, aligning all documents with the toll manufacturing solution. Documenting all logistics flow both local as well as for the supply chain. Writing work instructions and SOP for the new logistics process. Changing existing work instructions in line with the new process. Create test scripts for days in a live testing, to test all logistics flows. Create new shipment documentation set for key materials. Support logistics departments. Representing logistics in international conference calls and live meetings. MBO or HBO diploma in the logistics field. Work experience with MBO degree at least 5 years, in a relevant area. Work experience with HBO degree at least 3 years, in a relevant area. Independent. Hands on, high output quantity. Eye for detail, high quality of work.

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintenance being described, prepared and carried out. The engineer determines and prepares the preventive and corrective maintenance that needs to be done and arranges timely execution. He guides own (e.g. technicians) or external personnel when they execute this maintenance. In case of breakdowns the engineer is, within his field of expertise, the last stop (besides vendor-support). The engineer acts as subject matter expert on his field of expertise, giving input to the centre of expertise regarding his field of expertise. Determines which maintenance should be carried out on the equipment under his responsibility. Arranges that the necessary maintenance is carried out in time. In case of preventive maintenance this means he/ she determines frequency and kind of maintenance and makes sure all is in place for this maintenance to be executed. In case of reactive, corrective actions he/ she determines the appropriate measures and arranges all necessary preparations. The engineer takes care that all work is carried out within GMP, SHE and Maintenance & Utilities Centre of Expertise (COE) rules and regulations, including correct documentation and administration. Troubleshoots breakdowns within his field of expertise, normally escalated to him from second line maintenance. He/she is the last stop in the escalation chain and is the one to solve the breakdown, often by addressing and coordinating actions, where necessary by calling in vendors for support. Troubleshooting includes carrying out of root cause analyses. Supports and guides vendors that carry out scheduled maintenance or solve breakdowns. Is aware of the status of the equipment under his responsibility, and takes measures where necessary. Measures are e.g. taking corrective action, but also addressing improvements or replacements at the COE. Delivers input to the COE, as holder of specialised expertise. This input can e.g. be participation in development of guidelines, the review of design documents, or the writing of work instructions, training material etc. It can also be suggestions for improvement. MBO or HBO diploma in a relevant technical discipline - mechanical engineering. Relevant NEN3140 certificates. GMP. Knowledge of HVAC, WDI, WFI watersystems, steamsystems, CIP system is an advantage. Experience in pharma environment is an advantage. With a bachelor’s degree: At least 3 years of working experience with maintenance in a relevant area; Experience in a GMP environment; Executing Root Cause Analysis; Directing others in tasks, e.g. vendors. With an intermediate degree: At least 6 years of working experience with maintenance in a relevant area; Experience in a GMP environment; Executing Root Cause Analysis; Directing others in tasks, e.g. vendors.
