Omschrijving Als Construction Manager ben je, tijdens de werffase, technisch en financieel verantwoordelijk voor een project betreffende de heraanleg van een stationsomgeving. Je werkt in een eerste fase mee aan de eindredactie van het bestek en volgt de onderhandelingen met de aannemers op. Je organiseert en leidt het werfteam. Je respecteert, in overleg met de Project Manager, de uitvoeringsplanning en het uitvoeringsbudget. Je leidt de werfvergaderingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van de werfverslagen. Je onderhoudt contacten met de klanten en de leveranciers en/of aannemers. Je bent de technische verantwoordelijke voor de ganse werf en voor de goede uitvoering van de werken. Dit houdt onder meer de samenstelling, organisatie en begeleiding van het werfteam in. Je rapporteert aan de General Manager Sites. Je bent ingenieur-architect, ingenieur, architect of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (min. Bachelor-niveau) met minimum 15 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector. Je hebt een ruime ervaring opgedaan in organisatie, leidinggeven, communicatie, planning en projectopvolging, bij voorkeur vanuit het studiebureau. Omschrijving The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintenance being described, prepared and carried out. The engineer determines and prepares the preventive and corrective maintenance that needs to be done and arranges timely execution. He guides own (e.g. technicians) or external personnel when they execute this maintenance. In case of breakdowns the engineer is, within his field of expertise, the last stop (besides vendor-support). The engineer acts as subject matter expert on his field of expertise, giving input to the centre of expertise regarding his field of expertise. Determines which maintenance should be carried out on the equipment under his responsibility. Arranges that the necessary maintenance is carried out in time. In case of preventive maintenance this means he/ she determines frequency and kind of maintenance and makes sure all is in place for this maintenance to be executed. In case of reactive, corrective actions he/ she determines the appropriate measures and arranges all necessary preparations. The engineer takes care that all work is carried out within GMP, SHE and Maintenance & Utilities Centre of Expertise (COE) rules and regulations, including correct documentation and administration. Troubleshoots breakdowns within his field of expertise, normally escalated to him from second line maintenance. He/she is the last stop in the escalation chain and is the one to solve the breakdown, often by addressing and coordinating actions, where necessary by calling in vendors for support. Troubleshooting includes carrying out of root cause analyses. Supports and guides vendors that carry out scheduled maintenance or solve breakdowns. Is aware of the status of the equipment under his responsibility, and takes measures where necessary. Measures are e.g. taking corrective action, but also addressing improvements or replacements at the COE. Delivers input to the COE, as holder of specialised expertise. This input can e.g. be participation in development of guidelines, the review of design documents, or the writing of work instructions, training material etc. It can also be suggestions for improvement. MBO or HBO diploma in a relevant technical discipline - mechanical engineering. Relevant NEN3140 certificates. GMP. Knowledge of HVAC, WDI, WFI watersystems, steamsystems, CIP system is an advantage. Experience in pharma environment is an advantage. With a bachelor’s degree: At least 3 years of working experience with maintenance in a relevant area; Experience in a GMP environment; Executing Root Cause Analysis; Directing others in tasks, e.g. vendors. Functie QA/QC MANAGER

Omschrijving Senior QA/QC manager. Manages the delegated QA/QC responsibility of the Construction Manager. All delegated responsibilities of the Construction Manager. Reviews all Vendors and/ or Contractors quality inspection plans (for site & prefab activities). Inspects Contractors works at the jobsite through the organization of Construction Supervisors for compliance with the QA/ QC standards mentioned in the contract. Plans, organizes, coordinates and supervises Field QA/ QC Inspection Group at the jobsite and at off site prefab sites if applicable. Maintains interface with construction supervision, client, government representatives and Notified Body’s on matters concerning quality. Maintains inspection records and advises construction supervision of any unusual condition or problems concerning the quality of work. Approves acceptance inspection of all delivered material and installed work at the jobsite. As delegated and assigned by the Construction Manager. Can delegate a part of his authority other members of the Field Inspection Group.
